All Rings are handmade and composed of:

Use and Maintenance

Each ring has been treated with a protective layer to increase its resistance to daily use.

To preserve its beauty over time, we recommend:

  • Avoid impacts, falls and excessive pressure
  • Keep the product away from heat sources, perfumes and aggressive detergents
  • Clean it gently with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water

To renew the protection, you can apply natural waxes compatible with skin contact.

Shipping and Returns

Where do you ship to?
All over the world.

How long does it take to receive the ring?
Usually 7–10 working days, as each piece is hand-finished.
Delivery times may be longer for overseas shipments; all shipments depart from Italy.

Can I return a ring?
We accept returns of undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Custom or bespoke rings are non-refundable according to EU regulations. Follow the Use and Care section to care for your ring.

Return with Damaged Packaging?

The packaging (boxes, tissue paper, and information brochures) is part of the product, so any damage will result in a partial refund of the order.

  • Single damaged package (external or internal): 10% penalty on the order.
  • Both packages damaged (external and internal): 15% penalty on the order.
  • Missing brochures or booklets (if any): 5% penalty on the order.

Uniqueness and customization of each single product

Each ring is unique: the marble grain changes naturally and cannot be replicated. The photos are realistic examples, but the ring you receive will have its own unique nuances.

Can I request a ring with a particular grain or color?
Partly yes: you can choose the type of marble (white, Bardiglio, Paonazzo...), but the veining is natural and unique.

Are the rings always available?
No, we work on limited collections. Some pieces may sell out and never be reproduced again.

Measurements and Sizes

How do I choose my size?

  • Measure the diameter of a ring you have at home that fits you.
  • Measure the perimeter (p) of your finger with the tape measure, from the perimeter calculate the diameter (d) according to the relationship d = p / 3.14.

Once you have the diameter, select the correct diameter from the available list.

Advice:

  • Measure at the end of the day: Fingers tend to swell slightly during the day, so a measurement at the end of the day may be more accurate.
  • Choose the larger size: If your measurement is between two sizes, it is always better to opt for the larger one to ensure that the ring is comfortable.


Is it possible to change the size after purchase?
No, because each ring is individually finished. We recommend checking the size carefully before ordering.

The jewel arrived but the size I chose is incorrect. Can I exchange it?

Yes, you can request an exchange for the correct size, but the shipping and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please note that each ring is unique in its blemishes, so the exchange may result in a different marble grain pattern than the original. For this reason, please carefully check the measurements before purchasing.
