All our pieces are handmade in Tuscany. Shipping times take into account both stock availability and custom-made orders. If the product is in stock, delivery times may be shorter. Please contact us for urgent orders.

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is ready to ship.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your order, provided the product is intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Our rings are handmade with natural materials, and each piece is unique. We invite you to carefully check the size of the model before purchasing, as individual variations are not considered defects. Furthermore, Bottega Apuana reserves the right not to accept returns if the returned product shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
